A photocopy of the birth certificate must accompany applications for lifetime infant and youth licenses. We request cash for all lifetime licenses other than senior lifetimes. Senior lifetimes can be purchased at 70 or older for $16 for a regular sportsman or $32 for a unified sportsman that includes costal fishing.
