HWY. 49 SPORTING GOODS POLICIES
AND PROCEDURES
At Hwy. 49 Sporting Goods we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. We realize
that sometimes things don't turn out to be what you expect. The following policies will
make it simple to return a purchase that is received defective or just wasn't quite what
you expected.
1)Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us via e-mail or the
automated order line to get a return authorization number.
2)Returned goods that are not defective must be in the original unmarked factory
packaging and must in new resaleable condition.
3)All returns of defective goods should include all parts.
4)Shipping charges are non refundable.
5)Special orders of merchandise not stocked by Hwy. 49 Sporting Goods may not be
refundable.
6) There are no warranties other than the warranties supplied by manufacturers of the
products we offer for resale.
Minimum Order Policy - We have no minimum
order.
Payment Terms
Orders in the U.S.A or Canada can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Checks and Money Orders are also acceptable but orders will not be shipped until these
have cleared the bank. Canadian orders may require additional shipping charges. We
currently do not ship outside the U.S. or Canada.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Oversize items will
require additional charges other than the amount shown on the receipt. These are usually 1
piece rods over 6 feet, some gun cases, clam rakes and other items.
Some e-commerce sites advertise a super low price and then make up the
difference in the shipping and handling charges. It is the policy of Hwy. 49 Sporting
Goods to charge fair and honest Shipping and Handling Charges.
Privacy Policy
We will not give out your personal information unless you give us permission to do
so.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
